The games

a8las is provided for fun and learning. Puzzles, facts and historical borders are prepared with care but can contain mistakes, and some details (such as populations and historical borders) are approximate. Don't rely on them for anything important.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You're responsible for keeping access to the email or Google account you sign in with. We may suspend accounts used to abuse or disrupt the service.

Fair use

Please don't copy, scrape or republish the puzzles, data or code, interfere with the site, or try to access other players' information.

Ads and purchases

The site may show ads. If paid features are offered in future, their price and terms will be shown before you buy.

Content we credit

Some map and country data comes from open sources credited on the Profile page, under their own licenses.

No warranty

a8las is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site, including lost progress.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
